- Comments and reviews: when you post a comment we save the name you type, your comment, the topic and your star rating. Comments may be shown publicly on the website.
- WhatsApp messages: when you tap a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a message ready for you to send. We only receive it if you choose to send it. If you chat with our WhatsApp assistant, we save your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp profile name and what you asked for (for example, a design order), so that we can reply to you.
- Orders and enquiries: details you send us about a job (text, photos, logos, dates) are used only to do that job.
2. Information collected automatically
- Adverts: we count how many times each advert on our site is seen and clicked. These are totals only; they do not identify you.

Our website content and comments are stored with Google (Google Sheets and Google Drive). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Messages go through WhatsApp (Meta). Our website host keeps normal server records. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep information
We keep comments while they are on the website, and WhatsApp requests while we are working on them or need them for our records. You can ask us to delete your comment or request at any time.
7. Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as soon as we can.
8. Children
This website is made for teachers, schools, parents and businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our pages link to other websites, such as news sources and our advertisers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
